Madreperla is a 2024 Greco di Tufo DOCG white wine produced by De Falco Vini in the Avellino area.

Varietal: 100% Greco

Sensory characteristics: Straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose is intense with hints of peach, apricot, quince, acacia flowers and an evident mineral component. The palate is dry, balanced, with excellent structure and persistence.

Recommended pairings: Seafood dishes, excellent with raw shellfish and sautés, also goes well with land dishes, pasta with mushrooms and truffles, with cheeses and soups.

Lavorazione: Hand harvested in boxes in the last decade of September. Immediate soft pressing with reduced contact time between skins and must. Controlled cold fermentation in steel tanks.
